Terry Shiavo Update

Terry Shiavo's feeding tube was supposed to be removed today against the wishes of her family. Minutes ago, Pinellas Circuit Court Judge George Greer judge issued a one-day stay.

I don't think it is right for Michael Shiavo to make the decision for Terry's tube to be removed. That should be her parents decision, since they (not he) are the ones who visit her often and give her their love and support. If he cared about her so much, why doesn't he go and visit her to make sure she gets the very best of care, instead of denying her the very basics of life. Please try to get the tube reinserted.

I think if this was my situation, I would just pull rank over this judge and take back what was mine. MY CHILD. It seems that if a parent can do that in the courts that has given the child away consciencously, then a perent can take their child back. Why is this in the hand of the court anyway. These parents need to make a stand and tell this court that if their child dies, it will be on his (the judge's) head and will be sueing him for murder. I believe with all the media coverage, these days, I could use that to my advantage. These Parents must see truth and not just what is legal, here.

I think if this was my situation, I would just pull rank over this judge and take back what was mine. MY CHILD. It seems that a parent has more rights these days over their children, in the courts, than a husband anyway or a judge. Why is this in the hand of the courts anyway. These parents need to make a stand and tell this court that if their child dies, it will be on his (the judge's) head and will be obvious, to the nation, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that he, (the judge and husband)premeditated this murder. This could even write up a new case for our Judical System. I believe with all the media coverage, these days, I could use that to my advantage. These Parents must see truth and not just what has always been legal, here. There are legal possibilities pass what is already been determined as being legal.

Please let this woman die in peace. I mean it has gone through so many courts and they all agree this woman is not going to get better. If anything came out of this it is to please get a living will and tell people your wishes. Living wills are so popular right now because the majority of people do not want to end up like Terri....which makes you conclude that the majority want her to die with dignity

In England, UK, this would never be allowed to happen. This is legalised murder and we are in uproar about it. To withdraw medical treatment is one thing but to deprive a human being of food and water is inhumane. You don't even do that to death row prisoners who have commited terrible crimes.
As Terri's husband is already living with another woman and has children with her, he shouldn't be allowed an opinion in this matter. He is an adulterer and should be treated as such.
THE UNITED KINGDOM IS DISGUSTED WITH THE TREATMENT OF THIS WOMAN. May the good Lord forgive you because I don't think any right minded human being will.
