Terri Schiavo Audio?

Don't quite know what to make of this yet, but Matt Drudge claims to have audio of Terri Schiavo responding to her father after the feeding tube was removed on Friday. The link to the audio is overwhelmed with traffic right now...

Here's an accessible link to the audio. If this is legit, it sure goes against the claim that she's in PVS.

I'm glad Drudge has this, but the video, which has been available for years, leaves no doub that Terri is responsive and not in PVS. This has been available for some time.

Terry is a heartbeat only. please allow her to die. i am sure she would not enjoy laying in her feces and never tasting food again. hands are contracted, musles shrunk, incontinent of feces, foot drop, and a guilt ridden family hoovering about !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm glad Drudge has this, but the video, which has been available for years, leaves no doub that Terri is responsive and not in PVS.

It's a snippet of a episode in which the family spent 4.5 hours issuing commands and waving balloons. The excerpt shown is the millionth monkey at the millionth year, so to speak.

Here's a serious question: with all the people starving in this world, with all of the others that have or may be taken off life-support & feeding tubes, why all of this focus on this one individual? I don't see how it adds up. Sure, she may have an interesting backstory, but so what? Why so much attention to this person to the exclusion of people in the same or similar straits?

I am so sick and tired of being fed the Schiavo tapes over and over. Her parents need to seek psychiatric help if they think that she can be rehabilitated.

Her cerebral cortex is liquid. She is not handicapped. This poor woman is brain damaged and her parents own property in the state of DENIAL. The balloon in the video is more alive than she is. What a freakin' circus side-show. I am sure she would love to see herself being tossed around like a political football. What an extraordinary waste of tax dollars.

Do these religious zealots realize a feeding tube is not a straw that can easily be plucked out of someone. It is surgery. Starvation is not this "painful death" everyone has been led to believe. Now Jesus, he apparently died a horrific death. It would be peace for this poor woman to let her go. It is so ironic that she will be dying of starvation when that is her original intent with the eating disorder which caused her death. The neochristians decided to jump the ship and put down their minature plastic fetuses to stand around and some even trying to break into her room to feed this woman bread and water.

Have you ever met Terry? Did you give a shit before? Going all CSI saying that Michael caused her death. Proof I say, bashing Michael and holding her parents up like martyrs. Oh yes, he'll be living the high life profitting from her death-lawyers, legal fees and medical bills are free?

Let it go Schindler family your little girl is gone and has been for years.

Thank God for my notorized legal will. If my life and death was intruded and trampled on like Terry's is I would make it my goal to come back and haunt the fuckers who made me suffer like that.

What kind of government makes special rules for one person and dictates how every other culture should live their lives? Democracy my ass. Christian Reich more like it.

This audio does not go against the claim that she is PVS. I didn't hear any sort of responses. All I heard was random moans. Someone who knows Terri, and is desperately clinging to hope, might imagine they hear something. Looking at it objectively, there is nothing there.
