Grand Slam
My cousin Rod hit his first major league grand slam last night to help the Rangers defeat the Devil Rays, 12-10. Go Rod!

Yo, Rick, you've got a cousin who plays pro ball? How cool is that!! Congratulations to him on the grand slam; that's one for the scrapbook, for sure.

Yup! I have two pro-cousins actually - Rod who plays for Texas, and Noah Lowry who pitches for the Giants. I haven't seen Noah though since we were kids, so it's not like I know him. I follow Rod's career very closely.
