Jim Wallis - prophet without honour in his own country. Only to be expected. After all, he takes the conservative Evangelicals to task over their favourite idolatries: wealth, power and nation. The Christian Right is a grotesque parody of everything Jesus lived and taught; Jim Wallis' "crime" is that he points this out.
