Worthy Causes
I'm not a huge fan of debt relief (because it doesn't work), but the ONE campaign seems alright to me.
iAbolish is also a good resource for anti-slavery activism.
Voice of the Martyrs covers Christian persecution.
Freedom House is doing great work, also.
